The studio

The ECLIPSE LIFESTYLE Boutique Studio is located in the heart of Zug, in the Laubenhof complex next to the Metalli shopping center and just a 5-minute walk from Zug train station. The studio was opened in March 2023 by Raphaela Hefti as RH Personal Training and has been the new home of ECLIPSE LIFESTYLE since August 2026. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring nothing stands in the way of your workout.

In addition to the fitness area, we have a bathroom with a single shower for added privacy and comfort. Our fitness area can accommodate a maximum of two trainers and their clients simultaneously, ensuring ample space for everyone.

For those who desire absolute privacy, the studio can be booked entirely privately for an additional fee.
