Raphaela Hefti

Raphaela is the founder of ECLIPSE LIFESTYLE and runs the studio.
She is an experienced personal trainer in the health field and has helped numerous clients achieve a fit and healthy body.
Together with the knowledge she acquired during her studies at the universities in Bern and Basel, she tailors each training session to the individual needs and goals of her clients.
In addition to personal training, she also offers small group courses in Pilates using equipment.

Pascal Schaller

Pascal's passion for sport began in his childhood: whether football, tennis or contact sports.
This fascination with athletic performance and whole-body well-being led him into the fitness industry 10 years ago. During this time, he gained a lot of experience as a personal trainer and bootcamp instructor. In energetic training sessions, he motivates and supports you to take you to your next fitness level.

Giuseppe has been a passionate personal trainer and lifestyle consultant for over 12 years.
Having started out as a chef and then moving on to sales and coaching, he now offers his clients a comprehensive package of knowledge, creativity and motivation. His expertise is shaped by his many years of experience.
His motto is "simple, clear and true!"

Robert Adamczewski

Robert is a graduate of the State Ballet School and began his solo career at the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the Lucerne Theater. After a successful time as a ballet dancer, he expanded his repertoire and appeared in renowned musicals.
After his dance career ended, Robert turned to personal training. His exceptional resilience, which he developed through stage dancing, led to a great passion for CrossFit. He even broke several records in several CrossFit boxes in Germany. Particularly enthusiastic about sport, Robert also developed an innovative tennis program that led him to work with professionals such as Alexander Zverev. His ballet background taught him to work with precision and an eye for detail, which is reflected today in his unique training approach.

Valeria Künzli
Yoga & Pilates instructor L2
Valeria has been teaching various group course formats since 2017 and discovered the world of yoga. In 2022 she successfully completed the Power Yoga training, followed by a 200h YTT in summer 2023.
Valeria recently entered the Pilates field and successfully completed the "Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level I" training in May 2024. She is enthusiastic about the training method and is happy to share her passion for yoga and Pilates with you.

Mike Ulrich

Mike is a dedicated health and wellbeing expert. With certifications as a personal trainer, nutritionist and masseur, he has successfully established himself in the industry over the last 10 years. He is currently completing his training as a medical masseur at the Dickerhof school in Emmenbrücke, which he will complete in October 2025.
His top priority is to help his clients on their journey to a healthier and happier life. Mike is always available to his clients and is always ready to assist them with his expertise.

Izabela Wellard
Massage therapist L1
Izabela is our experienced massage therapist who offers a wide range of massage techniques. She is fluent in English and Polish, and is increasing her German proficiency.
Her in-depth qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Warsaw and a professional diploma as a physiotherapist. Izabela also holds an ITEC level 3 certificate from the UK. With additional expertise in classical and sports massage, as well as comprehensive training in Integrated Myofascial Therapy (level 1-3), she offers targeted treatment approaches to relieve pain and promote mobility. She has worked with runners, hockey players and Cirque du Soleil performers.
In addition, Izabela is currently taking the Rolfing certification course at the Ida Rolf Institute in Munich and is currently training for level 2 to further deepen her knowledge. Her services also include therapeutic massage with addition of hot stones, facial massages packed with diverse techniques and strong anti-ageing effect, and profound pregnancy massage.
Izabela is characterized by her precise and professional approach to work. With her extensive experience and broad range of knowledge, she helps to promote health and improve body balance.

Jérémie Perrenoud

Jerry is our versatile personal trainer, bootcamp instructor and certified masseur, who is known for his motivating manner and his friendly Bernese dialect. With his positive charisma, he always manages to motivate his clients to achieve top performance while creating a pleasant atmosphere.
He is fluent in German, English and French. Jerry has a Bachelor of Arts in Fitness Economics and combines in-depth knowledge of fitness and economics with practical skills. Through his 2.5 years of physical therapy studies, he developed a deep understanding of the human body before specializing in fitness and massage.
As a certified massage therapist, he offers professional massage therapies that perfectly match his fitness programs. Whether it's personal training or intensive boot camp sessions, Jerry helps his clients achieve their fitness goals and increase their physical well-being, always with a motivating smile and lots of energy.

Larissa Nef
Yoga instructor & Pranayama and Meditation coach L2
Larissa is a certified yoga teacher who places great emphasis on energetic balance, strength and flexibility on different levels. Her goal in each class is to create space for her students to harmonize body, mind and soul. After attending her first yoga class and falling in love with the holistic practice on and off the mat, she began an intense yoga journey. Since her training as a traditional Hatha yoga teacher, Larissa has been teaching breath-based Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, influenced by Yin elements. Her passion for different forms of yoga led to the development of a unique teaching style called 'Yinyasa'.

Davina Malfent
Personal trainer L3
Davina completed her Bachelor's degree in Sports Science at the University of Basel and has since been dedicated to demonstrating the benefits of regular exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Initially, she taught various group fitness classes on the side, motivating participants with her humorous approach to push themselves to their limits. For over three years, Davina has been working full-time as a sports therapist in orthopedic rehabilitation.
She is a certified Pilates Mat Class instructor, a Vinyasa Yoga teacher (200h YTT), and, in 2024, she completed the CAS Medical Athletic Coach program. In her personal training sessions, she tailors her approach to the needs of her clients, occasionally incorporating Pilates or yoga elements.
Stefan obtained his degree in Human Biology from the University of Montana and completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado – Anschutz Medical Campus in Denver, Colorado.
With a background as a Physical Therapist, he has the expertise to analyze and correct functional movements. His passion for fitness and well-being inspired him to earn an International Sports Science Association (ISSA) Personal Training Certification and a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) Certification. These qualifications enable him to support a broad range of clients in achieving their fitness goals.
Additionally, Stefan offers Golf Swing Movement Analyses and golf-specific workout program development, catering to both recreational golfers and aspiring professionals aiming to excel in the sport.

Larissa Kessler-Schmidiger
TCM therapist
As a TCM therapist, Larissa combines conventional medicine and naturopathy for holistic patient treatment. She values the combination of different medical disciplines and the collaboration in a network of qualified specialists to enable optimal therapy.
It takes into account not only the physical aspects, but also emotional and mental health, since in TCM body and mind are considered an inseparable unit.
The individual lifestyle and personal environment of each patient are crucial to the success of the therapy. Their goal is to help you find a way of life that optimally promotes your health.

Kristina Gabel

Kristina studied Sports Science at ETH Zurich, specializing in sports rehabilitation. For over 25 years, she has been sharing her experience and passion for sports. She helps people achieve a state where they can enjoy their activities more fully. Her core competencies include rehabilitation, performance improvement/maintenance, and returning to sports.
Her workouts in the gym are designed to target a variety of athletic activities, are short, sport-specific, and cover a wide range of skills.

Kerstin Ruoff

Kerstin is a personal trainer and coach. She has been working with "People in Motion" for many years.
After a preliminary discussion, she will work with you on solution strategies to achieve a good result. Whether it is a physical or mental issue, this will be looked at in a personal conversation in direct exchange with Kerstin.

Ida Adamczewska

Ida, born and raised in Poland, completed her training as a professional dancer at a renowned state institution. After graduating, she worked as a freelance ballet dancer in Germany and reached the pinnacle of her career at the Berlin State Opera, where she performed masterpieces such as Swan Lake and Giselle under renowned choreographers.
Alongside her dance career, Ida deepened her expertise in Pilates. An injury prompted her to end her active dancing career and qualify as a trainer. She earned various certifications, including Pilates Advanced, Dance Advanced, Redondo Ball, Stretching, Step-Aerobic Advanced, and Ballet Instruction.
In recent years, Ida and her husband developed a specialized athletic program for professional tennis players, focusing on injury prevention and rehabilitation. She also supports the career of her daughter, who is an active professional player. As a passionate runner, Ida places great emphasis on endurance training, incorporating it into her holistic training philosophy.
