Hati has been practicing Pilates for over 12 years and is currently deepening her knowledge with the 450-hour Pilates Teacher Training program.

She has been teaching Pilates since 2025, with a special focus on visceral Pilates.

 

Her passion lies in giving people a sense of well-being and supporting them in their physical development and health. In her classes, Hati combines in-depth knowledge with empathy and enthusiasm for the method to sustainably strengthen her participants.
